About the author
Catherine van Nierop (1983) is a leadership development advisor, trainer, and coach at TwynstraGudde. In this book, she shares her knowledge, experience, and insights that she has gained over the past 15 years with more than 75 organizations.
She studied psychology and has completed additional training in coaching and systemic work in recent years. The examples discussed in the book are based on both her professional and personal experience with coaching and therapy.
In addition to her work as an advisor, Catherine is a goldsmith in training. This passion serves as an important source of inspiration and helps her connect head, heart, and hands – a thread that runs through this book.
