The program starts on January 9. The selected startups will be intensively supported for three months leading up to the so-called 'Demo Day' on April 7, 2017.
More than 250 participants have also worked hard to secure a place in this jubilee edition of the program. The eleven chosen startups will receive intensive support for three months in the form of mentorship from over 150 entrepreneurs, investors, and partners. Additionally, they will receive office space, 15,000 euros in startup capital, and advice from Startupbootcamp partners.
This time, the jury selected not 10, but 11 startups. Michael Dooijes, Managing Director of the FinTech & CyberSecurity program, explains: 'We realized that all teams are very strong and therefore decided to choose an extra 11th startup. Schluss has the ambition to protect personal data – a major issue in our society. This 11th startup also feels like our 'impact startup'. Overall, the selection days were of high quality, and we are very pleased with our choices. FinTech & CyberSecurity will be a groundbreaking program!'
