Besides the Tax Authority and Police, which are looking for people with crypto skills from a financial controlling role, it is mainly staffing agencies and consultants that have a high demand for crypto skills. ABN AMRO is the only bank in the top 40 largest demanders. The largest demanders do not include DNB, AFM, or other regulators.

"Fortunately, staffing agencies and also freelancers have significantly responded to this skill for the future, allowing other organizations to scale up. It is my urgent advice to financial controlling institutions to invest heavily in developing and attracting crypto skills because developments are moving quickly and it seems they are already at a recruitment disadvantage."
