During this startup competition, GUTS Tickets competed against nine other Dutch and German startups in the New Dutch Wave House, where all participating startups presented their ideas to national and international investors.
Amsterdam Capital Week
With their transparent ticket platform, GUTS Tickets managed to convince the jury. The winner gets to go to the Amsterdam Capital Week in September, where they will have a stage to pitch their idea again to a relevant selection of investors.
Expivi, a Dutch tech startup in the field of 3D rendering, and the German Air Profile, which develops revolutionary remote wind observation systems, finished in second and third place.
Innovative ticket platform
To make the second-hand ticket market transparent and fraud-proof, GUTS Tickets has developed a system using blockchain technology that enables fair ticket prices.
From the preliminary round of the New Dutch Wave Startup Competition, called 'the innogy Mobility & Energy Track', Pieter Waller from Chargetrip participated in the startup competition. As the winner of this preliminary round, Pieter was allowed to present his intelligent route planner for electric cars at the digital festival and participates in the 'Essent E+ product development funnel', a specially developed program where product developers from Essent guide Chargetrip to roll out his product in the Netherlands. Additionally, Chargetrip is allowed to validate its product among consumers in the Digital Garage of innogy in Amsterdam.
