The Highberg Group adds an important coaching competency to the group with the acquisition of coaching service bureau AgilityMasters.com. Coaching is, alongside transformation, consulting, and training, a critical service in realizing the ambition to become the European market leader in organizational transformations.
Founded in 2017, AgilityMasters.com from Amsterdam has quickly established a strong position in coaching services, particularly focused on agile and digital transformations. The organization serves clients in both the profit and non-profit sectors with services in the areas of agile coaches, scrum masters, and product owners. The bureau employs 30 professionals.

In the Highberg Group, the services of AgilityMasters.com are offered in collaboration with the educational services of Gladwell Academy. Together, the companies thus form a central position in the total offering of transformation consulting alongside the other labels: Blinklane Consulting, Verdonck, Klooster & Associates, House of Performance, and the German Schickler.

With the acquisition of AgilityMasters.com, the Highberg Group now counts more than 350 specialized professionals in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and India. The group generates an annual revenue of approximately 75 million euros.
