The Highberg Group is taking an important step towards achieving its growth ambition with the acquisition of the consulting firm House of Performance (HofP) from Utrecht. The group is strengthening itself with a renowned party that has in-depth knowledge in the field of change management, agile transformations, and data-driven work. HofP not only provides consulting services; it also has interim managers who are deployed in organizations in both the private and public sectors, domestically and internationally.
The Highberg Group is the new name for the collection of consulting firms BlinkLane Consulting, Gladwell Academy, and Verdonck Klooster & Associates. The unification of the three firms took place earlier this year, under the auspices of the joint shareholder AUCTUS Capital Partners from Germany.
Han Driessen, CEO of the Highberg Group: "We see a growing demand in the market and among our existing clients for broad support in complex transformation issues. The limitation often lies not in technological possibilities or knowledge, but in the organizational challenges that large companies face. This is precisely the point where the consultants and interim managers of HofP strengthen the group with their expertise and experience. This collaboration also aligns seamlessly with the ambition of the Highberg Group to grow into a market leader in Europe."
After the addition of House of Performance to the Highberg Group, the organizations focus on digital and organizational transformations at large European companies. With consulting, implementation, and training, they help them remain competitive and agile in a digital era. Additionally, there is a broad need among the target group for support in sustainable organizing and operating.
Heiko van Eldijk, partner at HofP: "Highberg's invitation to join forces aligns perfectly with our vision of how consultancy is evolving. The issues faced by our clients increasingly require combinations of expertise, and consultants who want to collaborate from different backgrounds. The match in vision, values, and services of both Blinklane, Gladwell, and VKA gives us the confidence that we form a strong combination together. A combination that offers both clients and employees a challenging and solid perspective."
With the acquisition of HofP, the Highberg Group counts more than 300 specialized professionals in the Netherlands, France, Germany, and India. The group has an annual turnover of approximately 55 million euros.
